FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of cleaning gas from dust and can be used in various industries in pneumatic transport, air cleaning, aspiration. Vortex dust collector with acoustic spraying of a liquid contains a body, an axial inlet of a dusty gas with a swirler and an ejection head, a fairing and a baffle plate. Vortex dust collector also comprises an axial branch pipe for discharging the purified gas located in the upper part of the body and a peripheral inlet of the secondary flow with a swirler. Body is arranged as cylindrical. Puck is made conical. Ejection nozzle forms an annular channel formed by the conical surfaces of the axial inlet and ejection nozzle, respectively, with the inlet wall. Cutting plane of the ejection nozzle is located above the plane of the cut of the conical baffle plate. In the lower nozzle of the axial injection of a dusty gas with a swirler, fairing and baffle plate, and also in the upper branch pipe of the peripheral input of the secondary flow with the swirler, acoustic nozzles for supplying the reflux liquid are installed. Each of the nozzles comprises a housing with a screw coaxially located at the bottom of the housing and a fitting in the upper part of the housing with a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to the diffuser, an axisymmetric housing and a fitting. Screw is pressed into the body to make cylindrical chamber above said screw and aligned with the diffuser and communicated therewith. Screw is made solid. Outer surface of the screw is two serially connected surfaces. One of said surfaces represents, at least, single-thread helical groove with LH or RH thread located inside said casing. Second smooth surface represents a body of revolution axisymmetrically connected with spraying disc located perpendicular to casing axis to extend beyond casing bottom end. Both straight line and n-order curve may make a generating line of said surface. Surface of the spraying disc protruding beyond the end surface of the lower part of the body is bent toward the bottom of the body and has on the peripheral part radial cuts alternating with a continuous part of the surface of the spray disk. Coaxially and axially symmetrically to the body by means of a perforated washer to the inner surface of the socket with a cylindrical hole is fixed a tube for supplying air to the diffuser, at the end of which at least three throttling tubes are installed.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of dust collection.
