FIELD: devices for motion on water, water ski, in particular. SUBSTANCE: device has body with skin, strengthening member and ferrule placed in recess and used as foot attachment. Device is also provided with two stabilizers located in pairs on sides of front and rear parts of body. Body is made in form of framework covered with water- and gas-tight material; framework is assembled from frames of front, middle and rear parts, stringers, fore and aft bosses; foot attachment is located on platform arranged in cavity of ferrule; made over perimeter of frames are grooves; device is also provided with mounting hole for strengthening member; frames of middle part have grooves at their top which are used as recess and projections at the bottom; cavities between frames and bosses are filled with filler; mounted on rear section of upper surface of front part of body is reflector.
