FIELD: production of flotation agents used in concentration of copper-molybdenum, copper-zinc, lead- zinc and other ores. SUBSTANCE: method includes preheating butyl alcohol to temperature of 70±5°C , mixing it with phosphorus pentasulfide at stoichiometric ratio at temperature of 75±5°C continued for 6 to 8 h and followed by thiophosphating at temperature of 80±5°C continued for 3±0,5 h at simultaneous removal of hydrogen sulfide formed during this process which is absorbed by caustic soda, thus obtaining additional commercial products sodium sulfide and hydrosulfide. Dibutyl dithiophosphate acid obtained at thiophosphating stage is settled for 2-2.5 h after which it is subjected to analytical analysis followed by utilization of sediment. Settled dibutyl dithiophosphate acid is neutralized at mixing with acoustic soda, thus obtaining target product - sodium dibutyl dithiophosphate. Said method ensures high yield of target product, up to 93-96 % (at yield of dibutyl dithiophosphate acid at thiophosphating stage 92-95%) and production of additional commercial products - sodium sulfide and hydrosulfide. EFFECT: enhanced ecological safety. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
