FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in grinding tacking the cut edges of the knife shoulders of the rotor and stator simultaneously cross at two points, from them the second point is located on the peripheral circle edge of the disc.
EFFECT: invention permits intensification of the grinding process due to assurance of capture of larger volume of the fibrous material upon double crossing of the cut edges of the rotor and stator, increases efficiency and quality of the grinding process due to prevailing of the tangential stresses and fibrillated effect, reduces energy consumptions due to most complete use of the mechanical and hydrodynamic force action on the fibrous material by one pass through the work ring between-knives cavity.
