FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in development of oil deposits, mainly, by displacement of oil with water, or by any other known methods. SUBSTANCE: device includes pumping unit connected by rope to rod. Lift is lowered into well. Lower cylinder with expander is installed on lift lower part. Plunger is installed in lower cylinder. Installed on ground surface are wellhead setup and tank, return and bypass devices, upper cylinder with sleeve and emergency valve. Weighting member is connected with plunger and rod. Locking nut is installed on rod. Float valve is installed in tank. One well is assigned on test area as wave stock well, and reflecting bridge is installed in said well. Hydraulic fracture is made in pools with low permeability. Equipment is run into well and wave stimulation is effected. In the course of stimulation, dynamics of formation hydrodynamic parameters are monitored and, in compliance with its variation, needed amount of wave stock wells are added for development of the entire pool, and operating conditions of field equipment are determined. In the course of operation of pumping unit, fluid in lift is compressed in plunger upper stroke. When plunger enters expander, fluid is forced from lift to string and, as a result, shock wave is formed in string and penetrates into producing formation to form pressure waves in it. Pressure waves are formed in producing formation by periodic lifting and dropping of rocks occurring above fissures, produced by hydraulic fracture, onto rocks lying under fissures of hydraulic fracture. Hydraulic fracture fissures are formed by fluid compression in lift up to respective pressure values. Efficiency of wave stimulation increases due to provision of full absorption of produced energy by producing formation due to smooth transmission of pressure waves from wellbore to rock and also due to performance of hydraulic fracture of formation and production of elastic vibrations in rock with the help of pumping unit. EFFECT: increased oil production rate or reduced cost of oil recovery especially at new fields with difficult-to-recover reserves. 41 cl, 15 dwg
