FIELD: veterinary medicine. SUBSTANCE: as a substrate one should use blood smears, to prepare a buffer mixture one should use 0.2 M solution of succinic acid, add 12 mg EDTA and 0.2 M NaOH to obtain pH being up to 5.0, then incubation mixture is supplemented with 0.6612 ml buffer mixture to provide pH = 5.0, incubation is carried out in the darkness for about 2 h, washed with distilled water, blood smears are dried and additionally dyed with 0.5-% aqueous solution of methylene blue for 0.5-1 min and according to the quantity of dyed granules of reddish- brown color in neutrophilic cytoplasm, the nuclei of which are dyed up to a light-blue color. Activity percentage is determined for acid phosphatase enzyme, according to the degrees one should determine an average cytochemical index. EFFECT: higher efficiency of immunological trials. 1 ex
