FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides the differential diagnostic technique for uterine cancer wherein s neutrophil suspension (NS) prepared of fresh heparin venous blood, exposed to femtosecond laser light (FSLL) in different doses; NF is examined for activities of myeloperoxidase (MPO), acid phosphatase (AP), cationic protein (CP) and activity in nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) test. In initial uterine cancer (1a according to FIGO), CPs are more than an average cytochemical coefficient (ACC) of 1.65 in the NS after average-dose FSLL of 84.53 mJ/cm2, while AC is more than ACC of 0.96 with normal CP being below ACC of 1.65, and AP is more than ACC of 0.96; in a locally advanced process (Ib-IIa according to FIGO) of uterine cancer, NBT is more than ACC of 1.45 after average-dose FSLL of 23.7 mJ/cm2, and MPO is less than ACC of 2.22; in advanced uterine cancer (Ilb-IV according to FIGO), AC is less than ACC of 1.28 with FSLL of 8.5 mJ/cm2, and NBT is less than ACC of 1.38 with FSLL of 71.1 mJ/cm2.
EFFECT: technique enables determining the stage of uterine cancer.
