FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves shifting crus backward, with foot fixed on Buhler frame, by means of cotton wool and gauze loop attached to lower one-third of the crus and garrot attached to Buhler frame rods during 1 min with 8-10 kg large force under dynamometric control. Foot forward subluxation is to be detected on X-ray picture in the cases of injured the anterior fibulotalar ligament. The foot forward subluxation being greater than 10 cm or distance between back part of talus articulation surface and back part of the fibula being greater than 6 cm, anterior fibulotalar ligament rupture is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
