FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting reclinator unit at the level of lower one third of both shin bones above the talocrural articulations and bandaging both crura at the level of middle one third portion. Both shin bones become separated below the reclinator unit. So, both feet are to be brought together as close as possible by bandaging with elastic bandage. Talus pronation is achieved by positioning reclinator unit below talocrural articulations at the level of internal malleolus apices with following bandages being applied to both crura at the level of inferior one third above the articulation fissure bringing them together as close as possible. The result is evaluated after taking X-ray pictures of both talocrural articulations in frontal projection in symmetric arrangement from articulation fissure width difference. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis. 3 cl, 3 dwg
