FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: immobilising bandage in form of sleeve made from hardening flexible fixing material is applied on injured limb segment. Supporting sites of splinter fixation are not installed in it. Fixing part of polymeric bandage is made from material in form of plaster bar with different thickness, length, width, material rigidity, which is wound round injured limb segment in spiral way, rigidly tying to each other two selected extreme levels of injured level fixation or adjacent to it segment with selected and installed between them level of resetting force application. On said levels at least three not lying on the same line support sites of fixation, installed into applied plaster bar in plane of possible displacement of long bone fragments, on extreme levels of injured or adjacent to it segment fixation, are formed. Fixing plaster bar is applied from three sides.
EFFECT: prevention of splinters displacement.
