FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing foamed finely dispersed water emulsion containing 25-35 mass parts of carbamide formaldehyde resin in a mixing chamber with solution containing 15-20 volume parts of 9-15 % of mineral acid (orthophosphoric acid) and 3.5-5.0 volume parts of surface-active agent heated up to 45-55°C. The solidified mass is grinded and dried at a temperature of 65-70°C.
EFFECT: simplified method.
