FIELD: manufacture of nonwoven materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing cellulose, synthetic or glass fibers, water, air, recirculating foam and surfactant in mixing reservoir for preparing foam pulp; discharging foam pulp into web former; controlling forming process; forming fibrous web in web former at rate equal to pulp feeding rate by removing liquid and foam from pulp and collecting at least part of removed liquid and foam in pan located under netted conveyor; providing additional action upon fibrous web formed in web former for obtaining ready nonwoven web; performing at least one of said stages with the use of illegible algorithm controller for regulating level of removed liquid and foam in pan under netted conveyor, level of pulp in mixing reservoir, pressure in web former collector, foam density, flow coefficient (foam flow rate divided into netted conveyor rate), as well as for controlled feeding of surfactant, total surface density of produced fibrous web and, in particular, in case of manufacture of fibrous web from fiber glass, level of binder in reservoir. Certain input parameters are used for each illegible algorithm controller. For example, at least some of following parameters: density and rate of foam flow repeatedly fed into mixing reservoir from pan under netted conveyor, pH value of foam in mixing reservoir, level of foam in reservoir and amount of pulp added into mixing reservoir, are used as input parameters for controlling level of foam in reservoir. Neuronic control network may be used for quality controlling throughout the whole system for manufacture of nonwoven material and information on laboratory tests is introduced into neuronic control network for increasing its level of effectiveness. EFFECT: increased efficiency in formation of fibrous web and wider range of fibers and fillers used for manufacture of nonwoven materials. 29 cl, 25 dwg, 6 tbl
