FIELD: construction of oil and gas pipelines. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use at repair of worn pipelines. New pipe is sealed by head plug and flange of cylinder connected to plug. Then new pipe is fitted into worn out pipe. New pipe is divided by piston into two sealed spaces for transportation. New pipe is moved by changing air pressure in pipe space between fixed piston and plug. EFFECT: reduced consumption of energy when driving new pipe into worn-out pipe. 4 dwg
