ARRANGEMENT METHOD OF PIPE IN WORN-OUT SECTION OF PIPELINE AT ITS UNDERGROUND ROUTING Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F16L1/36 

FIELD: machine building; pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: two trenches are excavated at the beginning and at the end of worn-out pipe section. Some part of worn-out pipe is removed from the trench of increased length on the introduction side of a new pipe; movable mechanism is equipped with a downward retractable bracket. After a piece of the new pipe, the length of which corresponds to length of excavated trench, is lowered onto supporting table arranged in the trench, movable mechanism is located above the trench, and bracket installed on movable mechanism is offset downwards until it is borne against the face of new pipe. Then, movable mechanism is offset towards movement of new pipe till the position corresponding to the arrangement of its rear end face at front wall of the trench. After that, movable mechanism is returned; the next piece of pipe is lowered on supporting table, which is connected by welding to the previous piece pushed into the existing pipe. The above operations are repeated till complete arrangement of new pipes in the section of worn-out pipe; after that, external ends of new pipes connected to each other by welding are connected to ends of non-wornout sections of the existing pipe.

EFFECT: simpler transportation method of pipe at its being pushed into worn-out section of the existing pipe during repair of worn-out pipeline.
