SUBSTANCE: device has series-connected first subtraction unit 1, bilateral limiter 2, adder 3, and nonrecursive filter 4. Newly introduced in device are series- connected unit 5 shaping differences in readings 5 whose input is connected to output of nonrecursive filter 4; unit 6 for shaping membership functions of parameter under measurement relative to standard functions; unit 7 for shaping minimums of membership functions of parameter under measurement relative to standard functions; second subtraction unit 8; unit 9 for shaping confidence indices to show if parameter under measurement is consistent with standard functions, second input of this unit being connected to output of unit 7; maximum shaping unit 10; switch 11 whose output is connected to other inputs of first subtraction unit 1 and adder 3; as well as standard functions generator 12 whose output is connected to data input of switch 11 and to second input of unit 5.
