SUBSTANCE: device includes meter unit, three integrators, two coefficient units, program forming unit, two adders, control object, actuating members and phantom velocity program magnitude computing unit. Device ensures reliable control of flying vehicle under conditions of considerable disturbance. Due to continuous clamping to pitch angle program, measurement-method error of control is reduced. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of following-up drift of center of mass of flying vehicle from its energetically optimal trajectory. 4 dwg
