FIELD: burst-switching call transmission. SUBSTANCE: proposed method may be used for burst-switching voice call transmission over communication lines between communication network and base stations from base stations to network. Control bursts including warning information for data transmission line are separated from call bursts, information on rate of arrival of call bursts is supported, length of control burst next to be transmitted is computed, time space up to reception of next call burst is determined, length is compared with time space and if it is lower than or equal to the latter, control burst is sent; if length is higher than time space, control burst is placed in queue for transmission, reception of mentioned call burst is waited for, and then burst is sent practically in no time. EFFECT: reduced maximal delay of call bursts and discrepancy in transmission time. 9 cl, 4 dwg
