FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure processing interrogation of sudden disconnection in center of access connected to local automatic telephone exchange with the aid of interface V5. Call ring-off is realized by means of disconnection message that is transmitted from local automatic telephone exchange and on which basis call resources in local automatic telephone exchange are assigned. In agreement with invention backup resources in center of access are maintained for call. Apart from it information on engagement of subscriber is sent to local automatic telephone exchange thus preventing emergence of uncertain state between local automatic telephone exchange and center of access which is achievable technical result of invention.
