The eyelid being closed, test signal refraction coefficient of propagation external layer like waveguide. It causes test signal damping. The emitted test signals are also sent in the direction of internal surface of the eyelid. When the eyelid is closed the test signals reflect from the eyelid. The eyelid being open, the test signals are scattered in the surrounding space. The device has test signal emitters, main and auxiliary test signal receivers, unit for data processing, alarm signal broadcast transmitter test signal and autonomous power supply source. The units are spaced over surface or inside of a contact lens in its peripheral part. The number of test signal transmitters and receivers is the same.
