FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to user mobile devices, namely, to an information device configured to be held onto the water surface. For this purpose the device comprises a sealed housing with a display, a power supply source, a data processing and storage processor and an interface for communication with external devices. Herewith the device is made with neutral or positive buoyancy, the ability of holding the vertical position with the display up and viewing objects through the water layer using a video camera or video cameras mounted in the housing on the side reverse to the display and/or on a support and/or towed behind the information device, and the data processing and storage processor is configured to reduce the impact of distortions caused by the water layer.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of underwater viewing, as well as access to information whenever the user is on water.
