FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying known methods for selecting correcting lenses in spectacles rim brought by patient. Then the doctor takes flexible plates and presses them against false lenses. Spectacles assembled in said way are given to the patient for temporary usage during 15 min. Flexible plates are changed when required until stable vision comfort is achieved. When using the spectacles in treating solid amblyopia and strabismus, positive flexible spherical plate is applied to the glass for leading eye in using penalization method. Plates are manufactured from a material showing adhesive properties with respect to glass and/or to plastic. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment both for temporary vision correction and moth-long usage of spectacles. 6 cl
