FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and aims at medium and severe hypermetropia non-surgical technique in preschool children. The visual system is exposed to chromatic and achromatic stimuli of variable spatial frequency applied to amblyopia treatment. The exposure is applied in the medium induced by negative spherical lenses of graduated hypermetropic defocusing +1.0 dioptres. The exposure is monocular, serial, 10-15 minutes long, within the therapeutic course 10 sessions, 5-6 times a year.
EFFECT: method provides accelerated eye growth with medium and severe hypermetropia in children and reduces hypermetropia without surgical intervention.
