FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with treating and secondary prophylaxis of chronic bronchitis. Venous blood is irradiated for 15 min. Autoblood irradiation is conducted together with peloidotherapy. There are 7-8 procedures, totally. Moreover, in case of nonobstructive form of bronchitis 2-3 procedures should be carried out, and in case of obstruction - 3-4 procedures beginning from 0.8-1 ml/kg patient's weight for the first seance at subsequent increase of irradiated blood volume for 10-20 ml for every next seance.
