FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with recovery treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. For this purpose, except basal medicinal therapy, climatotherapy and electrotherapy one should prescribe general carbonic acid mineral baths by using mineral water containing high concentration of carbon dioxide up to 4.26 g/cu. dm, by training mode - at the stage of stable remission, or sparing-training four-chamber baths at 3-4-d-long course followed by general baths of training mode - at the stage of unstable remission or in patients with complicated disease flow.
