FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities protecting vehicles from unauthorized use. Microphone, dynamic loudspeaker or telephone are installed on vehicle and also satellite navigation system receiver, transceiver of cellular mobile communications system, transceiver of satellite communications system, units of junction with primary data generators, analog signal meters, actuators of vehicle functional members and supply unit, all united by microcontroller bus. Complex includes also loudspeaker communications system set to which microphone and dynamic loudspeaker or telephone are connected, and also control unit and user remote identification unit. The latter consists of wireless-coupled portable user's part including one or several marks and cellular telephone set, and vehicle-carried part which is connected with control unit. Loudspeaker communications set and control unit are connected to bus of microcontroller. User's and vehicle-carried wireless communications modules, made for local connection to each other by means of wireless data communications standard protocols, are built into cellular telephone set and loudspeaker communications set.
