SUBSTANCE: vehicle modules are connected by multiple4xed bus with multifunctional server which, in its turn, is connected through controller-converter of data format of standard cellular mobile communication network with its subscriber transceiver and with vehicle-carried part of user remote identification unit. Data processing center exchanges data with subscribers of standard cellular mobile communication network and also with transceivers on vehicle, with possibility of data exchange through internet. Distributed in territory working station can receive data from transceivers of standard cellular mobile communication network proposed system includes intentional interference receiver and processing unit connected to multiplexed bus, and also subscriber transceivers of specialized mobile communication network coupled with server through controller-converter of data format. Data processing center is made for exchange of data with transceivers of specialized mobile communication network installed on vehicles, working stations are made for receiving data from transceivers, and server is made for reception of data on interferences by multiplexed bus and synthesizing of commands for locking functional units of vehicle and transmitting alarm signals through specialized mobile communication network to center and/or working stations.
