Proposed system contains common multiplexed bus and electronic modules furnished with interfaces. Part of said electronic modules coupled with functional units of vehicle reveals condition of said units and provides control over them. Controller of local information network of vehicles, controller-converter of data exchange protocol, data receive-and-transmit unit, for instance, mobile cellular communication network terminal, are provided. Security antitheft subsystem includes own controller, electronic units with interfaces coupled with vehicle functional units to provide security and antitheft and hi-jacking protection, and remote identification unit of vehicle User consisting of carried part, for instance, transponder card, and vehicle-mounted in wireless communication. Moreover, system is provided with check data readout unit, comparing unit, unit detecting deviation of checking parameters from standard modes of operation and unit entering initial data concerning driver and vehicle into memory of carried part of unit of remote identification of User. Vehicle-mounted part of said unit is provided with possibility of entering checked parameters of deviations from standard modes and recording them in memory of carried part of User remote identification unit.
