Proposed system contains User remote identification unit with automobile-mounted and driver-carried parts. Automobile WEB-server, data format controller-converter connected between WEB-server and INTERNET intercoupled by communication and data transmission network, automobile electronic protection, driving safety and comfort conditions providing devices, all mounted on automobile. Each electronic devices is coupled by multiplexed bus with WEB-server. Operating stations and information center are located outside automobile. Peculiarity of system is that it employs loudspeaker communication set, loudspeaker communication control unit made for radio exchange with mobile telephones by means of built-in wireless communication units, noise reduction and acoustic echo suppression unit, loudspeaker communication extension control and programming unit, storage unit of data concerning automobile User, voice order and service sound signals storage unit and oral message storage unit.
