FIELD: mining industry; applicable in control of heat regime of coal and ore mines under permafrost conditions. SUBSTANCE: method includes driving of heat-exchange workings and supply of atmospheric air through them for its heating in winter and cooling in summer; driving of connecting working between heat-exchange workings and installation in it of ventilation window controlled by section through which atmospheric air is supplied in spring-autumn periods when air temperature values become close to temperature values of rock mass surrounding mine workings. Technical result of the invention consists in possibility of controlled exclusion of heat-exchange workings from mine ventilation system, full disconnection of heat-exchange workings with far removed mining jobs in the course of mine operation, facilitated and accelerated evacuation of people in emergency situations.
