POWER PLANT WITH INSULATED CHAMBER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2187005 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: power plant has internal combustion engine with systems providing operation and distribution of liquid. Engine housing accommodates at least one insulated chamber consisting of flexible disks connected in form of corrugations. All operating processes take place in this chamber. Chamber is capable of changing its capacity and acting onto movement converter. Insulated chamber capacity changing rate is regulated by changing flow of cooling or working liquids by means of controllable throttles and/or valves. Movement converter is furnished with lead screw with two threads of opposite direction cut on outer or inner power members connected by smooth transfer coils in upper and lower parts corresponding to extreme position of power rod travel. Pitches of lead screw threads, upthread and/or downthread, are different and can changed in height. EFFECT: improved efficiency of internal combustion engine. 6 cl, 2 dwg
