FIELD: liquid handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submersible centrifugal pumps designed for pumping liquids out of containers, for instance, barrels and other reservoirs. Submersible centrifugal electric pump comprises housing in form of sleeve with cover and axial inlet and outlet branch pipes, pump operating stages and shaft and electric motor with rotor secured on hollow shaft and stator secured on inner surface of sleeve, and end shields in bores of which hollow shaft is installed on bearings. Hollow shaft serves to pass handled medium and it is provided with open end face at one side, and radial holes at other side. End shields are provided with seals and electric cable with entry compressing bushing. Electric pump is furnished with spacer bushing installed between stator and end shield at side of pump operating stages, and round section flexible rings. Bearing end shields are pressed to spacer bushing and sleeve by screw-nut pair, screw being made on hollow shaft and nut is made for acting onto end face of one of bearings. Bearings are installed on hollow shaft and in end shield bores for axial displacement to thrust against limiter. Steps are made in end shield bores at sides pointed to stator to limit displacement of bearings, and flexible ring is installed between bearing and step of bore of one end shield. Cover is provided with threaded hole and outer conical surface and is secured on sleeve by round-section flexible ring. Invention is aimed at provision of complete emptying of container, simplifying assembly and disassembly operations and increasing service life of supports of electric pump and its efficiency and decreasing its radial dimensions.
