FIELD: delivery of ventilating air to buildings. SUBSTANCE: system includes at least one fan and at least one hood connected with fan and provided with hole directed inside building. Provision is made for exhaust unit which is connected with said hood; hood is made in form of swirling hood where vortex flow is formed between aspiration sections during operation in exhaust mode. Proposed system is functionally connected with smoke indicator and/or fire alarm by means of control unit in such way that supply of air is discontinued in case of operation of smoke indicator or fire alarm and evacuation of air is started through hood exhaust unit.
