FIELD: physics, signalling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire alarm devices used to detect infrared or ultraviolet radiation. The fire alarm device consists of a housing in which there are sensors (8.1, 8.2), a radiation source (9.1, 9.2) and an optical window (7), wherein over the optical window (7), there is a protective glass or a buffer ring (2.1, 2.2) of a reflector capable of protecting the optical window (7) from mechanical action, sufficiently transmit ultraviolet and infrared radiation (16) and, from the inner side thereof, reflect ultraviolet and infrared radiation inside the housing.
EFFECT: simple design of a fire alarm device and enabling inspection soiling of its optical window.
