FIELD: manufacture of building materials, porous ceramic plates by single-row roasting at swelling-up. SUBSTANCE: furnace includes lined body, transportation system and two-tier heating system. Transportation system is made from metal dismountable assembled grates connected in continuous row in form of train by means of locks sliding over stationary supports mounted in brickwork of furnace. Lock between grates is made from tubes of lesser diameter and metal U-shaped clamp; tube of lesser diameter is welded on one side to longitudinal fin of one of grates and is easily received by longitudinal fin of other grate; detachable clamp is mounted in holes found in longitudinal fins of grates perpendicularly to direction of motion of transportation system.
