FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thermal aggregate for the rapid burning of porous aggregates in a fixed monolayer of pieces of rock. Thermal unit contains a shuttle furnace in which the transport system is constructed, which is made in the form of a metal bottom with two longitudinal plate supports, a working and a tail part and two cable drives, a puller-aerial unloader, a refrigerator, a hopper with a feeder and a tubular heat exchanger and a system for evacuation of waste flue gases, each plate-like support of the bottom of the shuttle furnace is made in the form of two, upper and lower, strips interconnected by L-shaped elements with the formation of longitudinal slots for evacuation of flue gases, the upper strips are interconnected by half-pipes welded together, and on the supports and L-shaped elements on both sides of the bottom, along the axis of the furnace, half-tubes are formed, forming a corrugated working surface for feeding the said monolayer of rock to it and swelling it in the furnace, said refrigerator in the form of a cube with perforated tubes installed therein.
EFFECT: improved quality of porous fillers, reduced firing time, increased reliability and longevity of the unit.
