FIELD: optical instrumentation, study of clear and cloudy media in medicine, biology, biophysics, metallography and other branches of technology. SUBSTANCE: solving of problem of creation of opticoelectron channel securing generation of visual image of examined object both in statics and in dynamics is laid as basis of present invention. Radiation from mercury lamp passes in sequence through condenser where it is converted to collimated beam. Set of filters is employed if necessary. Dish with examined object is mounted on three-coordinate stage vertically, perpendicular to optical axis for three- coordinate displacement with reference to optical axis and for turn in plane perpendicular to optical axis through any angle. Radiation passed through examined object hits examining objective lens which projects image of examined region of object through prism unit to matrix of charge-coupled device camera and to photoelectric multiplier. Technical result lies in possibility of generation of color image with magnification up to 15 000 comparable with magnification of electron microscopes.
