FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: microscope comprises moving bed to support specimens, laser to direct radiation through opto-mechanical interrupter used for modulation and preliminary radiation mean power decrease, system of mirrors and optical gate. The latter consists of half-wave plate fitted on automated rotary bed to focus gradient lens to analysed specimen for reception of signal reflected from said specimen by receiving part. The latter comprises polariser and detector used to receive radiation at optical finer inlet aperture. Detector is mounted on goniometre to vary its angular position and connected to monochromator provided with rotary mirror to switch between output connected with CCD matrix and output coupled with multiplier photocell synchronised with opto-mechanical interrupter for registration of low-intensity light fluxes in photon count mode.

EFFECT: increased operating performances.
