FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily washing product; separating defective parts and drying product; charging product into containers and treating with ozone with concentration of 45-50 mg/cu.m. Preliminary washing is performed in ozone-saturated water. Drying is conducted in gaseous ozone flow. Flexible polymeric vessel may be used as container. Upon charging of product into container, the latter is filled with ozone and hermetically sealed. Method is used for stocking and storing of agricultural product in farms, canning factories, as well as for vegetable preservation under home conditions.
