SUBSTANCE: method involves placing flexible vessel into glass can, with vessel being equipped with gas supply channel and having length exceeding height of glass can; placing vegetable into flexible vessel; sealing flexible vessel and filling with ozone through said channel for 2-5 s; covering glass can and vessel with hermetically sealing closure.
