SUBSTANCE: method includes introducing suspension of spores of culture of fungus Penicillium notatum in sterilized milk, and cultivation at temperature of 28-32 C for 3-5 days up to ripening of mushroom aroma. Then curd is separated and dried at its temperature not above 100 C. EFFECT: preparation of product with impregnated aroma of dried mushrooms stable for 12 months. 1 ex
