FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing musculoaponeurotic layer with vertical suture along the wound length in three areas on the boundary and in the central part of the wound. Alternating stitches of various widths are formed on each area. The needle is pierced in and out 1 cm far from wound mouth when creating large stitches and 0.5 cm far from wound mouth when creating small stitches with stitch-to-stitch interval being equal to 1 cm. Thread is tied. Corrugating envelope impregnated with antimicrobial remedy is put on the needle before each stage in suturing wound in some particular case.
