FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two branches, rack-and-screw drive and wires. The wires are manufactured as curved needles of 1/2-5/8 of circle diameter mounted so that fastening with sectional branches is enabled. The branches have two plates having grooves on internal surfaces. One of the plates is removable and tri- or tetrahedral groove is produced in the plate end for receiving key enabling one to turn in succession the branches in cylindrical sockets of the rack- and-screw drive. The drive has screw type members for stopping branch rotation and fixing them with racks to each other. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications when healing deep wounds. 2 cl, 4 dwg
