FIELD: veterinary pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with technology for manufacturing medicinal forms - suppositories of antimicrobial, fungicidal and antiphlogistic action indicated for treatment and prophylaxis of post partum diseases in females of agricultural and domestic animals. The method consists in obtaining suppositories due to adding the product of dry distillation of hazel nut to polyethylene glycol used as filler at the following ratio of components: product of dry distillation of hazel nut 1.75-2.25%, filler - the rest. Suppositories in question are of bactericidal and fungicidal action and cause no irritation for mucous membrane. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
