FIELD: foundry, possibly release coating for pattern fitting. SUBSTANCE: release coating contains (mass p.): petroleum base, 85 - 95; technological additive - 5 - 15. Petroleum base includes (mass p.): distillate of fraction II containing mixture of naphthene-isoparaffin hydrocarbons, 45 - 83; distillate of fraction III containing mixture of naphthene-aromatic hydrocarbons, 10 -30; distillate of fraction IV containing mixture of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, 2 - 10. Technological additive contains (mass p. ): fatty acid, 2 - 5; selectively refined or hydrogenated isoparaffin oil prepared from oil distillate of fraction I, 3 - 10. Such coating applied onto surface of pattern eliminates sticking of molding sand to it and crumbling of mold edges. EFFECT: stabilized process of molding mixture. 3 cl, 4 dwg
