FIELD: application of antiburning-on, antiadhesion, anticorrosive coatings; applicable in production of baked, confectionery and other products of processing industry. SUBSTANCE: antiadhesion coating consists of film of tin oxides of nonstoichiometric composition. It is produced by pulverization of preliminary heated up to 400-450 C aluminum from surface with solution containing the following ratio of components, wt.%: SnCl4•5H2O, 40-50; ethyl alcohol, 40-45; isopropyl alcohol, 10-15. Claimed antiadhesion coating features high operating, mechanical, thermal properties and good adhesion to surface of aluminum bread forms.
