FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when coating a ceramic tile glaze intended for lining sanitary and/or hygienic and/or medical facilities. To obtain anti-adhesion-biocidal coating from metal oxides of non-stoichiometric composition, consisting of tin oxide film of non-stoichiometric composition, to surface heated to 400–450 °C of ceramic tile glaze, an alcohol solution containing tin (IV) chloride is sprayed. Coating additionally contains a cadmium cad (Cd2+) cation as a biocidal component, which is introduced into the sprayed solution in the form of cadmium (II) chloride with the following content of ingredients, wt. %: SnCl4⋅5H2O 40.0–50.0; CdCl2⋅2.5H2O 0.5–1.0, ethyl alcohol 49.0–59.5.
EFFECT: invention reduces the risk of harmful microorganisms on the surface of glaze ceramic tiles, reduces the cost of disinfection.
