FIELD: road building. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to overhead motor roads of transport complexes of large cities - megapolises with their suburbs, such as Moscow , and methods of control and relief of traffic flows. Novelty is that overhead motor road is made of at least eleven spans in length and two branches arranged in parallel side-by-side in cross section, each branch for at least four lanes of traffic movement opposite to other branch on roadway and arranged along longitudinal axis of motor road. Novelty, according to proposed method, is that at least on one of sections of at least one of main traffic lines, new, at least eleven span in length overhead motor road double in cross section is erected along longitudinal axis of main traffic line. Said new overhead motor road has at least four lanes for movement of vehicles in different directions. New overhead motor road is erected in steps to prevent interruption of movement along main traffic lines in process of road building at each step with provision, after completion of overhead motor road building, movement of motor transport at least in not less than two levels, including through passage in axial direction of radial road and overhead motor of radialring system of megapolis transport complex coaxial with radial road. Result provided by combination of significant features both of first and second inventions consists in increasing traffic capacity of motor road in confined sections of city, provision of separate level and high-speed passage of vehicles running in main direction and provision of additional passage of large number of road vehicles both running on road and passing to lanes of cross roads and access roads adjoining motor road at angle owing to erection of twin multilane overhead motor orientated along existing motor road. It provides increase of traffic passage in all directions and improved ecological conditions in area of transport intersection and building development.
