FIELD: road-building technology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in building and reconstruction of different grade crossings of highways primarily in urban conditions. Separate grade crossing includes crossing of motor roads located in different levels which in plan create four sectors. Located in each sector are curvilinear departure and right-hand turn departure which are adjoining to crossing motor roads, and overpass in center of crossing on one of motor roads. Separate grade crossing is provided with four left-hand turn directed departures. Two of these departures at least in part of their length are made in the form of bridge of various curvature in plan and in profile create upper most additional level of separate grade crossing. Two other left-hand turn directed departures at least in part of their length are laid under overlying motor road and underlying motor road in underpasses of tunnel-type converging with each other in middle part and diverging in end sections with creation of lower most additional level of separate grade crossing and separate adjoining of their one ends to right-hand turn departure after underlying motor road. In two other diagonally located sectors, corresponding left-hand turn loop-like departure and right-hand turn departure in part of length adjoin each other with creation of section of motor road with common carriage way. Application of aforesaid arrangement improves redistribution of traffic flows, prevents traffic jams on motor roads, increases road traffic capacity together with ensuring safety travel.
