FIELD: hydraulic construction engineering; devices for performing jobs on underwater parts of hydraulic facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes framework open at the top and at the front and formed by side walls, rear wall and bottom with ballast compartments and sealing contour. It includes also fasteners for securing the framework to hydraulic facility and water discharging unit. Device is provided with air compartments ensuring buoyancy of framework; air compartments are arranged in side walls of framework. Ballast compartments are located in side walls. Static position retainers are mounted in upper portion of framework. Water discharge unit is mounted in framework; rear wall of framework has opening for communication with technological chamber hermetically connected with framework on its outer side or with technological box hermetically closed from inside of framework when technological chamber or technological box is disconnected from it.
