FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for work on underwater parts of hydraulic engineering structures made in the form of sheet-pile walls. Device has framework with ballast compartments and sealing arrangement, fastening parts, and unit for pumping out water. In addition, device is provided with air compartments giving floatability to framework. Air compartments are made in side walls of framework. Installed in slots of sheet-pile wall are sealing members, each made in the form of box corresponding to configuration of sheet-pile slot. Box is provided with resilient sealing liner located along face and side walls of box below slots made in side walls. Located inside box is mechanism for its fixing and mechanism for its clamping to sheet-pile wall. Ballast compartments are arranged in framework bottom and in side walls of framework. Installed in upper part of framework are members for fixing it in static position. Water pumping out unit is located directly in framework. Fixing mechanism takes the form of spacer beam which is installed in slots made in side walls of box. Clamping mechanism is in the form of screw jack cooperating with spacer beam and with face side of box. Aforesaid embodiment of device is simple in operation and it allows for performing operations without removing hydraulic engineering structure from normal functioning.
